Double Occupancy

 Room rates are for one or two guests over age 16 per room. All children, regardless of age, count as one person. There are provisions for additional guests per room, please ask for rates and availability. per room.

Reservation Policy

 An advance payment equal to one night’s stay is required to reserve a room. Balance is due in full at check-in via cash, Visa or Master Card. We do not accept personal checks. There are no refunds for early departure.

Cancellation Policy

 Please understand that with only three guest rooms, no exceptions are made to our cancellation policy.

 Cancellations made 14* days prior to arrival date: Your payment will be promptly refunded less a fee of $25.

 Cancellations made less than 14* days (but more than 48 hours) prior to arrival date: No refund. However, we will hold your payment at full value for a future visit within one year of canceled arrival date. Current room rates will apply.

 Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival date: You will be charged for the entire length of your reservation unless your room(s) can be booked with new guests.

Inn Policies

 Pets cannot be accommodated.

 Guests may check-in any time after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

 The B&B is non-smoking.
